What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to wellness and emphasises the importance of treating all aspects of health through dietary, lifestyle and supplemental/herbal medicine interventions.

The role of the Naturopath is to determine the underlying or ‘root’ cause of a person’s health condition taking into consideration both traditional and evidence-based medicine to restore the body back to balance. Furthermore, Naturopaths aim to educate and empower their clients to understand their health condition and their body’s functioning.
